Do you have insurance?

Yes, we are fully covered by insurance with 20 million public liability. Suitable in any venue. 

 

How frequently do you clean your equipment?

All equipment is thoroughly cleaned/sterilised after every use, ready to be used for the next event.

 

What do i need to know about hiring Zoelle Play Hire?

All children must be supervised by an adult at all times! 

Zoelle Play Hire is recommended for children aged 0-7 years only

There must be no shoes, high heels, food, drinks or sharp items on or in the equipment.

 

How long does it take for you to set up?

Please allow at least 1 hour for us to set up. Depending on the size of the set up the time taken can differ.

 

Can my venue be outdoors?

Yes, we cater to both indoor and outdoor events. Although, the ground must always be flat and not slanting (sloping down a hill etc).

 

Do i need to make a deposit?

Yes, all bookings can only be confirmed after a $300 deposit/bond is received electronically to Zoelle Play Hire (must provide a copy of the remittance).

This payment will be electronically transferred back to the customer the day after the event IF no damages are found to the equipment upon pick up.

 

Do i lose my deposit if i have damaged any equipment?

Yes, the $300 deposit/bond will be forfeited if any damages are found to the equipment upon pick up.

 

Can i change my booking?

We do not provide refunds on the bond/deposit. Instead of refunds we provide credit notes.

- Credit notes are applicable if you give at least 72 hours notice of your cancellation

- If you cancel within 72 hours of your event you will not be eligible for the credit note and will forfeit your bond/deposit.

- Cancellations are approved only when we have confirmed your request

 

How do i make the final payment?

Final payments must be made at least 48 hours prior to your booking date electronically to Zoelle Play Hire (must provide a copy of the remittance). Confirmation will be made once payment is received.

 

How long can i hire the services for?

All packages are based on a 4 hour hire. If you require additional hours there may be additional costs. Please contact us for a quote.

 

What if i have a smaller space than the package requires?

Please contact us if you think your desired package does not fit in your space. We should be able to work around the space you have.

 

Can i hire pieces individually?

Please contact us if you wish to hire individual pieces instead of our set packages. We may be able to provide that service depending on the availability of the piece/s.

 

Can i mix and match different pieces and colours?

Please contact us if you wish to change any details in the set packages. We may be able to assist you depending on the availability of the pieces and/or the space you are limited to.
